Does it sound like a robot?
No. Finch uses a natural voice and talks like a friendly receptionist. It tells callers up front that it's a virtual assistant.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. You can forward your existing number all the time, only when you're busy, or only after hours. A new local number is also an option.
What if a caller asks something Finch doesn't know?
It says so honestly and takes a message with the caller's name and number, so you can call back.
What happens if several people call at once?
Each caller gets their own conversation with Finch at the same time. Nobody hears a busy tone.
Which languages are supported?
English, Arabic and Malayalam today, and Finch switches when the caller does. More languages can be added on request.
